Dodge City RV Park Rules

  • No BLUE septic treatments. This is very important as our septic is aerobic and these treatments are harmful to them. You must have a septic line attachment ("L" or "donut") attaching your sewer line to the septic. If you don't, we can put one on for you and charge to your bill.
  • Speed limit is 5 MPH in the park for everyone's safety. No exceptions!
  • Quiet time is from 9pm to 7am every day. No loud noise, no radio or stereos, no partying, no working on projects. No exceptions. On weekends a lot of us like to sleep in so please be respectful of that. Loud, obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, unlawful conduct or conduct that disturbs or threatens the rights, comfort or convenience of others in or near the property will not be tolerated. Anyone who disrespects others or the park will be asked to leave at management's discretion.
  • Do not park vehicles/trailers on the grass or in empty RV lots. Parking is permitted on your lot and in the parking bays only. Any overnight parking in an empty space, without prior approval, will result in an additional $30.00 charge.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Pets must be attended outside or in public buildings. Pets chained outside tend to whine and cry when left unattended. Do not leave your pets alone outside. All pets may be walked in the back field or along the north side of the driveway. Make sure to always clean up after your pets! Any dog runs or kennels will need approval by management. Sorry, no pitbulls, dobermans, rottweilers or scoundrels.
  • We try to keep our restroom and shower facilities neat and clean at all times. Please take care of them and report any problem immediately.
  • Please put trash in the dumpsters (not in the laundry room trash) located beside the office building.
  • Absolutely no four-wheeling (ATVs) anywhere on the property.
  • Absolutely no vehicle maintenance in the park. Mechanical repairs and oil changes are not permitted on these premises.
  • Discharging of firearms or fireworks of any kind are not permitted.
  • Absolutely no open fires.
  • No smoking in any building. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
  • Generators are not permitted unless needed for power outages or emergencies.
  • We love our trees and know you do too. So remember, no tree climbing, ax throwing, carving or hanging hammocks from our beautiful trees.
  • Please do not change assigned site without office approval. You may not assign or sublet your site.
  • No clotheslines on your lot. Do not let items accumulate under or around your unit. Keep your campsite litter free, including cigarette butts.
  • The storage of hazardous materials on the RV site or anywhere on the property is prohibited.
  • The possession, sale or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on the RV site or anywhere else on the property is prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the park.
  • Be safety conscious! We are not responsible for loss or injury from fire, floods, theft, tornadoes, falling trees, or electrical failures.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: All rights granted to registered guests in our park are through a revocable license, which may be revoked at any time. Services are provided under a site services agreement. Under no circumstances should you consider yourself a tenant with a lease. Failure to make lot payments will be grounds for immediate removal from the park, and tenant may be subject to penalty under Texas penal code 31.04(B) Theft of Service.
